The short version
He builds Orcaa the way a workshop builds a product: every part from the same hands. The Laravel backend, the React apps owners open every morning, the desktop and mobile clients, the Arabic and English copy, and the support replies. One person deciding what ships is why the product stays coherent instead of turning into a pile of features.
Before Orcaa he built enterprise management systems for other companies: platforms that run residential communities, and clinic systems that handle patients, appointments and records. The software worked, but it was built for organisations with budgets and IT teams.
The independent businesses he met had the same problems and none of the budget. A salon owner, a physician running a two room clinic, a lawyer tracking cases in a spreadsheet: all of them were quoted enterprise prices for enterprise complexity, and all of them went back to paper. Orcaa is the answer to that gap.
